What payment methods can I use?
You can pay by credit card or debit card. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Solo, Maestro UK, American Express and Visa Electron. Kitkase also accept payment by PayPal.
Which countries do Kitkase currently deliver to?
Kitkase currently only ship to the UK and some EU countries upon request, however we are always looking at how best we can support the needs of our customers regardless of their location.
Is everything in stock and if so what is the delivery time?
If a case or product is marked as being in stock it will typically be delivered within 2-3 working days between the hours of 8.00am and 18.00am. If you are not available when our carrier calls, they will typically leave a calling card at the delivery address to advise that an attempted delivery was made. The card will include full instructions on how to rearrange delivery or how the goods can be collected in person if this is more convenient.
If a case or product is marked for pre-order before it is physically in stock with Kitkase we will ensure our website always displays the latest expected delivery date and this will be kept updated at all times.
Is the Kitkase website secure for online ordering and payment?
The short answer is yes, as our online store is PCI DSS compliant. The Payment Card Industry DataSecurity Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organisations that handle credit card and debit card information. Defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, the standard was created to increase controls around credit card data to reduce credit card fraud via its exposure.

How do I cancel my order?
Once you have placed your order it really does depend upon its status at the point of cancellation. If the item is not in stock or is a pre-order the goods won't have shipped and therefore you can simply e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. If however the goods were available they may have already shipped and therefore we would recommend you accept delivery and then return them in their original condition for a refund.

Do Kitkase only provide cases that feature the logos/badges of sporting teams or clubs?
No, not at all. Kitkase are happy to work with corporate clients who are looking for personalised luggage solutions for their staff or customers. Kitkase design and supply cases to order (subject to a minimum order quantity). Please watch this space as Kitkase will provide more details on our range of corporate products in the coming months.
Do Kitkase only supply travel cases?
In the short term, the answer is yes. However, the Kitkase lifestyle brand is all about catering for the needs of fans and supporters who travel. To meet this ever-changing and evolving demand there is a whole range of new and exciting products in development.
