Storing and using your data for Operational purposes.
Our website www.kitkase.com is hosted on the Shopify.com platform. Shopify.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Shopify Inc. data storage, databases and the general Shopify.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Your data is removed and properly deleted once the data no longer serves a purpose to us. We will delete or block your personal data even without you having to ask us to do so if and to the extent that this is required to adhere to the applicable data protection legislation.
All direct payment gateways offered by Shopify.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Your data will be used for the purposes of purchasing our products and subsequently receiving your product via home delivery. To complete an order, we do have to share your data with the following third parties, to enable the order to be processed and delivered. Storing and using your data for Marketing purposes
We only collect your data in the form of an email address to be used for the purposes of email marketing, providing you with the latest Kitkase news, updates and offers.

Credit card details are entered directly into our Shopify system and are neither processed, transmitted nor held on any Kitkase systems. This number may be given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.
